alkisah jogging

JOGGING..... korg tau kan ttg jogging....?? sbb pe org jogging?? to keep fit... and ade gak org yg berangan nk kuruskan badan dgn berjogging....


bebaru ni aku ade bace 1 artikel... mengenai jogging ni....... sbnr nye... jogging ni... x membantu pon korg utk kurangkan berat badan... unless korg jogging non stop 3hours.... br laaa nampak kesan.... so lebih baik laaa korg... lari laju² dr jogging....

sbnrnya ada kaedah tertentu yang boleh memberikan kesan seumpama naik turun gunung everest 18 kali non.stop tnpa perlu membeli tiket ke tibet. nak tau?
